I have wanted to quit smoking for a long time now but I just can’t seem to quit. Everytime I think about it I instinctively go and buy another pack. I also have my boyfriend persuading me to keep smoking because he says he thinks it is sexy. And I don’t want to be less attractive in his eyes but yet he always says its my decision. I also like the kind of bond we share when we go outside for smoke breaks… Is there some way I can quit easily…like without nicorette or those ecigarettes?
